Opened vs Unopened
Because HUNY is a food product, we handle consumables a little differently for safety and quality reasons.
- Unopened packs: Return eligible within 30 days. We may ask you to send them back to the address we provide.
- Opened packs: Still covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee. You do not need to ship opened or partially used gels back to us. Just tell us honestly how it went.
Refund Timing
Once your return is approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order shows up damaged, melted beyond reason, or we sent the wrong item, that one is on us. Email info@hunyhive.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or full refund. No need to return the damaged goods unless we ask.
