Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not shipping there yet. Want us in your corner of the world? Email us at info@hunyhive.com and let us know.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Subscription orders renew and ship on your set schedule.
Free Shipping
- All subscription orders ship free. Every renewal, every time.
- One-time orders over $75 ship free. Stock up and save.
- Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Transit Times
We ship with a tracked carrier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen during peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Click it to follow your package in real time. If you created an account, you can also view tracking anytime under your order history.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, do not stress. Email us at info@hunyhive.com with your order number and we will chase it down with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it ships, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipment cost. If you catch a mistake fast, email us right away and we will do our best to fix it before the label prints.
